Sentri Ring, LLC offers a 30 day return window - for any reason, on all items that are unopened, opened, or lightly used. Returns are only accepted from the United States.

Return Process

1. Contact us to info@self-defensering.com with your name, order number, and the reason for your return.

2. Once we've received your email and confirmed your reason for return, send your product to:

3. After you've sent your product back to us, within the 30 day window, email us at info@self-defensering.com with the tracking number. From there, we will begin your return process. Refunds can be expected once we have received the product.

IMPORTANT

All products, materials, and packaging must be included and mailed back to the address above within 30 days. The buyer is responsible for all costs associated with shipping the product(s) back to us for returns.

We recommend using shipping insurance and require tracking to ensure a fast and smooth return process.
